5 out of 5 stars Bye Bye Pain!   July 17, 2008
First, in regards to the person who was "injured" using this: Everyone should see a doctor if you really think your feet are that bad!

Otherwise, this is awesome. After using it for just a few days I felt relief. After a couple of weeks my pain was gone, and it's been gone for 3 years now. I still stretch on this device about once every other week. I don't have to do it every day anymore and the relief is STILL there. Really easy, really simple, really inexpensive.

Stop losing sleep with pain and stop limping around, just get this and give it a fair chance!

1 out of 5 stars Could be dangerous   June 1, 2008

I've seen this product recommended in a running book so decided to give it a try. After first careful use the bottom of my feet are burning and my metatarsals are extremely tender. Now my left Achilles tendon area has a slight rip constantly and is somewhat numb. I didn't go crazy on this and was very careful. This product is not for everyone.

5 out of 5 stars Prostretch PT100 Heal Stretch   April 27, 2008

I first encountered the Prostretch heal stretch when I was rehabbing a dislocated and broken ankle. It was critical in regaining the mobility of my ankle to the point where, now, I can ran and jump, etc as good as I ever did. I bought one recently because I had lost my old one in a move. Due to the injury sometimes my calve and achilles get pretty tight and it affects my knee (due to lack of ankle articulation). The prostretch has helped quite a bit.

5 out of 5 stars Wonderful!   February 11, 2008

This is a great product for stretching. They have one at my gym but when I run outside, I'm often lazy about stretching and I have some plantar faciatis issues so its important for me to stretch. It stretches your calf and foot muscles wonderfully (although I haven't quite gotten the hang of the hamstring stretch they recommend). Highly recommended for anyone who feels they don't stretch enough (since having it around encourages you to stand on it) or don't stretch efficiently).

5 out of 5 stars Really good   August 7, 2007

This is a great tool to purchase and keep around the house if you have ever had any injuries related to your calf muscle, plantar fascitis, etc. It will help you get the maximum calf stretch. I keep mine by the door and do it a few times before I leave. It helps a lot!
