This is technically a food supplement, so can not directly comment on its functionallity. It does seem to help me feel better in general. It is also an anti-oxidant. which I take as many that I can find to help combat prostate cancer and potenial heart problems. Note my periodic like orders for Blueberry and Pomegranate capsules plus green tea capsules.
