Good Swiss at a great price January 30, 2008

Swiss cheese received in great condition. This was wheel advertised at 4 - 5 lbs. Ours was 4 1/2 lbs. It is not typical swiss in that it has very samll "holes" and a soft texture. Flavor is excellent. We will order this again.
