My son, who would have a serious shot at a World's Fussiest Eater title, says my pancakes are better than his dad's AND grammy's. This child will not try things he doesn't think he will like. He usually also knows when I am trying to fool him; for example, he picked out the two slivers of chicken breast I snuck in with his drumstick meat this summer. He can't get enough of the pancakes made from this mix.

This mix makes excellent pancakes - I'd even say they're better than ordinary white flour pancakes. It also makes great biscuits and dumplings, too!
