 They are really adorable but I had to return them November 7, 2008
I bought the pearl color and they were really really cute. The leather upper is incredably thin and soft. However, they pressed my toes (the thumbs) very hard, and the side scratched my foot some, I had no choice but to return them. If you don't have tilted thumbs, they are really good for you.

The leather on these shoes is extremely soft and supple. They are well made, but a little bit generous on the size. A pair of insoles took care of that (and also saves the inside of the shoes). I bought 2 pairs in 2 colors and if they made a peach color, I would buy a third pair. I love them!

Bella Vita Women's Penelope Ballet FlatI bought these shoes for my sons wedding. They were great. It's difficult to find something that's dressy in a flat shoe. I ordered my usual size which is a 9M. They were quite large for me. I guess I would recommend that you go down a half size when ordering this particular shoe. I did not wear them prior to the wedding and had trouble keeping them on. They are a light beige with a gold iridescent cast. That color does not come out on the computer screen (or at least not on mine). They would also look great with a pair of jeans or a pair of dress slacks. I would recommend these to a friend.
